Who We Are

The Bailey Success Center is a dedicated facility supporting the diverse educational needs of North Lamar ISD students through two specialized programs: the Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP) and the Alternative Learning Center (ALC).

• DAEP provides a structured environment to help students develop appropriate social behaviors, self-discipline, and academic success while offering the resources and guidance needed to return to their regular campus.
• ALC serves students who benefit from a non-traditional setting, allowing them to work at an accelerated pace with individualized curriculum to earn their high school diploma and prepare for future success, whether in college, the workforce, or specialized training.
